When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate shipping for $8 or free shipping on orders over $100.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Select Store Pickup at checkout and pick up your order from our Augusta Mall location (Lower Level near Build-A-Bear).
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the U.S.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes — we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

How do I know what size to order?
Each product description should say how the item fits. Still unsure? Hit us up and we’ll help you find your fit.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Some items are limited edition. If we’re bringing something back, we’ll usually announce it on Instagram — follow us @arenagraffiti to stay in the loop.

Do you offer gift cards?

Can I use more than one promo code?
Only one promo code can be used per order. Gift cards can be used alongside promo codes.
